today i am in my city jamnagar to exploresome of the exclusive and unseen street foods of india. jamnagar is a very small city which is alsoknown as “chota kashiâ€. which offers very unique and delicious streetfoods which are not available anywhere else in the world so let’s see what they aremaking and what is exclusive in jamnagar. wow i just love it, i am going to start myjourney with the very unique snack at “bhanu alpahar†in udyoug nagar, they have a specialdish which is called “ras batar†or ras pav†which is a hot enough to satisfy yourtaste bud. they dip toast into the sweet water and thenput tamarind ki chutney, green chutney, red
chilli chutney and sesame seeds and salt ahha it’s not done yet, they add some onion, masala peanuts and lemon juice on top of itto make it more interesting. i am at bhanu alpahar to try ras batar, itis basically a toast serve with the different kinds of chutneys and masala peanuts and onionson it, so let me try and give you the taste. it is really juicy and you can get the cleartaste of garlic and other chutneys in it and i love one thing about this dish is, it iscrispy and at the same time when you chew it become juicy, i had this earlier in bhavnagarbut this is really very good because they usually serve with the one chutney but herethey serve with the four kinds of chutneys and that makes it really very interesting.
now i am arrived at place where you can findspiciest burger in india yes you heard right “jd breadwala†is very well known forthe “jhota†which is a kind of spicy burger, they cut small bread then fill it with lotsof spicy garlic and red chilli chutney with of course lots of masala peanuts in it solet me give it a try. add some lemon juice in it so you can reducethe heat and balance the taste and now let me show you inside it has lots of garlic chutneyand lots of peanuts in it. these breads are really very tiny but believeme this is one of the spiciest dish i have tried so far in india because it has lotsof garlic chutney inside the masala peanuts so now let me try and give you the taste.
o my goodness see it has lots of garlic andred chilli powder chutney in it and it is really very spicy so keep in mind before trying,wow i love the too much heat in this dish, it looks very simple but if you want to eatsomething spicy then nothing can beat this. this dish is known as a jhota. this really too much spicy so keep in mindbefore trying it but i really love spicy food so this is really very perfect for me. if you have any suggestion for the spiciestfood in india then let me know in the comment section so i can show that right here on thischannel, just these two dishes are not enough to describe the taste of jamnagar there isa lot more to explore so i mentioned in each
